What is the Treasury?

The Treasury is an entity overseen by an independent committee with its own mission and responsibilities.

The Treasury is the only authorized party to issue STM tokens. It ensures adherence to the STM token issuance policy and safeguards as collateral all the Stamps received in exchange for STM tokens.

Safeguarding, advocating for, and advancing the interests of the Stamps and STM token holders.

Responsibilities

1. Securely holding and effectively managing the Stamps in collateral.

2. Ensuring the STM token issuance policy.

All Treasury reserves are updated in real-time and openly accessible for review and auditing.
